After a fairly delicious live set for SSTN before Christmas, Cignol is going to be previewing a few forthcoming tunes on the night. Really looking forward to his track alongside T-Woc on the next Alphabet Set 7”, plus he’s got an album finished, so drop on down for some exclusives innit. January 29 2010, The Cavern - Isaac Butts. (opposite Busaras)
Kaboogie will be bringin’ plenty more heft with this tasty event which sees the Irish debut of UK bassline rave-steppers THE SQUIRE OF GOTHOS, along with a welcome return from London’s SCHEME BOY. With support from !K-head DJ RODFATHER, this promises to be a right rowdy demon of a night.
Ed Devane and ilex Live @ !K Club 21 January
January 21 2010, Bassment, Thomas House
Ed Devane will be doing an improvised liveset featuring some of his home-made instrumentation, and it’s “going to be fairly heavy in a head bopping sort of way”. Expect some unusual time signatures and grooves for yr feet, and crunchy audio biscuits for your ears.
Also playing will be ilex, who’s 7 January !K Club gig had to be postponed due to the weather. Music to thaw yr feet and yr brain out to!
Support from some or maybe all of the following: A-Force, DJ Rodafther, Eomac, PCP, Redmonk, Richie !K, Sixfoot Apprentice…

Well Sick
The mighty Prince Kong to lay down four bass-heavy sound-system destroyers. Hot off the back of an album release on US label Middle Management as well as an EP on Belfast's Acroplane, this man is doing it his own way – keeping it evil! 'Well Sick' indeed...
